Nisha Rani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital business transformation and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Business Transformation at OCBC Bank since February 2022, Nisha leads initiatives to enhance omni-channel customer servicing experiences within the global consumer financial services division. Prior to this role, Nisha worked at Deloitte Southeast Asia from March 2017 to January 2022, initially as a Manager and then as a Senior Consultant, focusing on operations transformation and M&A IT integration projects. Nisha’s earlier experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Deloitte India, where expertise included customer experience strategy and large-scale business transformations, as well as a brief tenure at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Nisha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Cologne, and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. In November 2023, Nisha completed executive education at NUS Business School.
