Prashantha B V is a passionate QA leader with over 17 years of experience in test automation, quality strategy, and team management. Currently serving as a Test Manager at OCBC, they also work as a Test Analyst at Softenger Singapore. Prashantha has previously held senior roles at NTT Data Services, Dell International Services, and Synechron, leading QA teams and driving performance excellence. They are actively seeking senior QA leadership roles to leverage their expertise in building high-performing test teams and improving software quality.
