Rachel Chan

Rachel Chan is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President in Group Brand and Communications at OCBC since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing media relations and organizing quarterly results announcements. Prior to OCBC, Rachel held various roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, including Assistant Director in the Human Resource Directorate and Public Affairs Officer, where Rachel managed media outreach during significant diplomatic events. Rachel's career also includes positions such as Public Relations and Events Coordinator at Poketo, Account Executive at Fleishman-Hillard, and editorial roles at multiple media organizations. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
