Roland Tey is an experienced design professional currently serving as AVP, Experience Design at OCBC Bank since April 2023. Prior to this role, Roland was the Lead UIUX Designer at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful from July 2021 to March 2023 and spent four years as Experience Design Manager at GrowthOps, where expertise in user research and data-driven design thinking was developed. Roland co-founded Plat Kitchen, a kitchen cafe in Melaka, and Lead Studio, a multidisciplinary creative studio in Kuala Lumpur. Additional experience includes roles as Art Director at DDB Group Singapore and Designer at XM Asia Pacific. Roland holds a Diploma of Education in Multimedia Design from The One Academy, completed between 2009 and 2011.
