Serene Koh is currently the Head of Group Digital Business and Digital Transformation at OCBC Bank, a position held since 2022. They previously served as Program Director for the Group Wealth Platform at the same bank from 2019 to 2022. Prior to joining OCBC, Serene worked at Citi from 2005 to 2007, taking on multiple roles including Senior Risk Analyst and Head of Client Segments in the Retail Bank.
