Sharon Lim

Sharon Lim has diverse experience across multiple industries, beginning with a role as a Show Presenter at Wildlife Reserves Singapore in 2012. In subsequent positions, Sharon excelled in business development at NTUC LearningHub, significantly enhancing revenue and learner satisfaction through strategic partnerships and program digitization. A marketing and business development internship at Roundforest and a production assistant role at Channel NewsAsia further contributed to Sharon's skill set. At OCBC Bank, Sharon held various managerial positions, driving customer experience innovation and leading HR transformation impacting over 23,000 employees. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President in Group Strategic Planning at OCBC, Sharon has also completed notable educational pursuits, including a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours from the National University of Singapore and ongoing studies for a Master of Arts in Counselling at TCA College.
