Sng Janet

Sng Janet is an experienced professional in employee development and program management, currently serving as the Head of Employee Development for Group Operations & Technology at OCBC Bank since October 2022. With a diverse background, Sng has been self-employed as an Ontological Coach since October 2018 and previously held the position of VP of Programmes at the Human Capital Leadership Institute from July 2017 to October 2022. Sng's career includes significant roles at Temasek Management Services as an AVP from December 2011 to June 2017, and various positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, Egon Zehnder International, and International Survey Research from 2000 to 2011, covering areas such as business development and account management. Sng holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
