Soo Hui Ng

Soo Hui Ng is currently the Managing Director and Regional Head of Group Payment Operations at OCBC, responsible for overseeing payment, clearing, and settlement functions as well as driving group payment strategy and transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Soo Hui worked at J.P. Morgan from 2015 to 2018 in various executive positions, managing treasury services operations and leading operations transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Their experience at Citi from 2010 to 2012 included senior roles in operations process re-engineering and client operations management across multiple global markets. Soo Hui holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Nanyang Technological University.
