Steve W. is a seasoned design and product professional with extensive experience in design systems, user onboarding, and product design across various industries. Currently serving as the Design System Manager and Assistant Vice President at OCBC since November 2023, Steve previously worked at Aleph-Labs, where responsibilities included creating the United Design System (UDS) for the UOB TMRW app across multiple Southeast Asian countries and collaborating on the UOB Mighty application. Other notable experiences include product design roles at UOB and Shopee, focusing on customer onboarding, design language systems, and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, Steve has a background in process engineering in the life sciences sector and has contributed to branding and design projects for small-to-medium enterprises. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and completed further studies in Environmental Studies at UCLA.
