With a decade of expertise in ESG and financial audit, Tan has previously held key positions at KPMG Singapore, including ESG Associate Director and Audit Manager, where they provided strategic guidance and led decarbonization initiatives for various clients. They specialized in aligning organizations with global sustainability frameworks and fostering responsible growth. Outside of their professional endeavors, Tan is also an avid competitive tennis player and a winner of the Singapore Tennis Association Open.
