Teo Jun Hong, James, serves as the Assistant Vice President and Product Owner for Consumer Financial Services at OCBC Bank since July 2021, focusing on digital transformation and risk management while enhancing process efficiency and job satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Officer for Banking Technology Projects at The Association of Banks in Singapore, leading initiatives such as SGFinDex, PayNow, and cross-border payments, as well as working as an Accounts Associate at BDO handling management accounts and payroll compliance. Teo Jun Hong began a career in journalism as a Freelance Journalist with MIMS Pte Ltd, and also held various administrative roles at the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps, supporting procurement, events management, and human resources. Teo Jun Hong holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Banking and Finance and a Diploma in Economics from the University of London.
