Wayne Weng

Wayne Weng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and governance. Currently serving as the Head of Governance, Transformation & Analytics at OCBC Bank since May 2011, Wayne leads a team focused on operational risk policy management, management reporting, and various risk assessment and awareness initiatives. Previous roles at OCBC involved training and analytics for technology and cyber risk, as well as leading the Business Continuity Management team. Prior to that, Wayne worked as a Senior Consultant at GMH Pte Ltd, managing crisis management and IT disaster recovery programs, and as a Technology Risk and Compliance Analyst at Barclays Bank, where risk assessments were conducted across multiple countries. Wayne's career began in the Ministry of Defence, where valuable experience was gained as a Chartered Engineer. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
