WeeKee Chia is a business consultant specializing in banking operations transformation, currently engaged in Client Lifecycle Management & Wealth Platform Enablement, Digital Transformation at OCBC Bank. With nine years of consulting experience, they have worked with both local and international banks on diverse projects, including business process outsourcing and core banking implementation. Previously, WeeKee served as an Associate Partner at Synpulse Management Consulting, where they oversaw strategic development and project execution, often leveraging their expertise in the Avaloq core banking platform. As an entrepreneur, they founded a successful games café in Singapore, which was eventually acquired.
