Wei Bo Iu

Wei Bo Iu is currently the Executive Director at OCBC, leading the Group Strategic Planning Office. They previously served as the Executive Director, Head of Strategy and Business Performance at GXS Bank, where they managed a high-performing team and spearheaded the annual strategy refresh. Wei has extensive experience in strategy and planning, having held positions at Grab, Kearney, and Unilever, where they developed sustainable growth strategies across various industries. They earned an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Actuarial Science from Singapore Management University, complemented by an international exchange program at the Wharton School.
