Xavier Ting

Vice President, Customer Experience Design

Xavier Ting serves as the Vice President of Customer Experience Design at OCBC since February 2021, leading a team to create seamless end-to-end customer journeys for Business Banking customers. Previous experience includes a Principal UX/UI Architect role at DSTA from January 2015 to December 2020, where Xavier managed a team to develop innovative Command & Control systems for Singapore Government Agencies. A strong educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering & Media from Nanyang Technological University and ongoing studies in Creative Design and User Experience at various institutions.
