Adam Tie has a vast experience in HR management, having worked in companies such as OCBang, Sanofi, Baidu, ZTE, and OTIS. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Currently, Adam Tie serves as the Co-Founder&China GM at OCBang, where Adam supports the R&D team with a focus on Clinical Sciences & Operations in the China site. Prior to this, Adam held various HR management roles in companies like Baidu, ZTE, and OTIS, where Adam led HR teams and supported business objectives.
