Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at OCCI oversees the planning, execution, and completion of marine and heavy construction projects. Comprised of a Senior Project Manager, a Mofab Project Manager, and a Project Manager/Chief Estimator/Design Engineer, the team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They coordinate all project activities, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain strong working partnerships and achieve project goals.
