César De Luis

César De Luis is currently the Director of Product Ramos Técnicos and Agroseguro at Occident, having held the position since 2022. Previously, they worked at Plus Ultra Seguros from 2015 to 2022, where they served as Director of Subscription for Major Accounts and directed the Product Ramos Técnicos and Material Damage departments. Prior to that, they were with SEGUROS CATALANA OCCIDENTE as the Head of Technical Insurance from 1999 to 2006. César earned their degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Energy Techniques, from ETS Ingenieros Industriales Madrid between 1987 and 1994.
