Marta Vázquez is the Director of Agencies at OCCIDENT, where they plan and implement the development of the agent network within set policies and objectives. Previously, Marta held various positions including Office Manager at EUROFIRMS ETT, SLU, and worked in personnel administration at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. They have extensive experience in recruitment, selection, and training, alongside a solid background in personnel management from roles at CEGECOP and Eurofirms People First. Marta earned a Master’s in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2021.
