Caitlin Wright is an experienced production engineer currently serving as Production Engineer Staff and previously held various engineering roles at Oxy since January 2021, including Production Engineer and FDEP Specialist Well Perf Prod. Prior experience includes a Production Engineer Intern position at Oxy in 2019, where Caitlin evaluated device performance for optimizing production rates and developed a program for gas lift injection adjustments. In 2018, Caitlin completed a Completions Field Intern role at Oxy, focusing on reducing non-productive time in Texas assets. Earlier internship experience was gained at Triten Corporation in 2017.
