John Repasky

John Repasky is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Principal & Director of Technology Development at Oxy Low Carbon Ventures since 2018, where responsibilities include managing a technology scouting and equity investment team focused on carbon capture and reducing emissions. Previously, John held senior engineering leadership roles at Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, specializing in LNG and gas processing. John's extensive career at Air Products spanned nearly three decades, where significant contributions were made in gas separation technologies, hydrogen, and syngas applications, alongside leading R&D efforts and developing global partnerships. John holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and Bucknell University, respectively, and an Innovation Certificate from Air Products Corporate University.
