Joyce Eisler

Joyce Eisler has extensive experience in talent development, leadership coaching, training programs, and workshop facilitation. Joyce has worked in various roles at Occidental Petroleum Corporation, including as a Corporate Manager, Corporate Supervisor, and Internal Consultant in Employee & Organization Development. In addition, Joyce has experience in HR projects and executive support roles. Prior to their time at Occidental, Joyce also held positions in transportation coordination and sales management. Joyce has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and holds a Rice Certificate of Achievement from the CoachRice Leadership Coaching Program.
