Raphael T.

Raphael T. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and advisory roles within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an Engineering Advisor at Oxy since December 2022, Raphael previously contributed to CNOOC International as an Advisor in Concept and Project Development from 2018 to 2022, focusing on large-scale projects globally, including deepwater developments and LNG initiatives. Raphael's tenure at Marathon Oil Corporation from 2008 to 2017 involved managing a cross-functional team for a pioneering enhanced oil recovery project. Prior experience includes roles at Bechtel Corporation as an Engineering Specialist in dynamic process modeling and simulation, as well as positions at the University of Houston and Calsoft/Maersk, developing energy optimization solutions.
