Ryan Cooper

Ryan Cooper is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in oil and gas law. Since November 2017, Ryan has served as Managing Counsel at Oxy, progressing from Counsel to Senior Counsel during their tenure. Prior to Oxy, Ryan held the position of Senior Counsel at Dupuis & Polozola, LLC, and worked as a Senior Associate at Parrott Sims & McInnis PLLC, handling various legal matters related to drilling and land acquisition. Early in Ryan's career, Ryan was an Associate at Hoover Slovacek and began as an Attorney at Gaston, Hemingway and Thanheiser. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.
