Ryan Turnbow

Ryan Turnbow is an experienced professional in facility engineering and construction, currently working at Carbon Engineering Ltd. since April 2023 in capital projects. With a long tenure at Occidental starting in April 2012, Ryan has held several leadership roles, including Facility Engineering & Construction Manager, overseeing teams executing emissions, regulatory, corrosion, and compression programs. Previous positions at Occidental include Facility Engineering Lead, Production Engineer Advisor, and Automation and Electrical Lead, where responsibilities included managing well operations, leading facility engineers, and overseeing various construction and maintenance activities across Texas and New Mexico. Prior experience at CB&I involved project engineering and structural design for significant projects, including a cryogenic gas plant in Yemen. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2007.
