Tim Rollenhagen

Tim Rollenhagen, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Facilities Engineer at Oxy since August 2023, Tim has held multiple senior roles including Director of Engineering Services and Chief of Facilities Engineering. Prior to this role, Tim worked at Western Midstream as Director of Technical Services and Manager of Technical Services from March 2020 to August 2023. Tim's previous experience includes positions at Occidental Petroleum Company and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where responsibilities included process and mechanical engineering management. Tim's career began at URS Corporation as Lead Process Engineer and Junior Process Engineer, contributing to projects involving process simulations, engineering design, and construction support. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.
