Tom Walker

Tom Walker, P.E. is a seasoned petroleum and production engineer with extensive experience in various leadership and technical roles in the oil and gas industry. Currently, Tom holds the position of Manager Operations Excellence at Oxy, where responsibilities span multiple leadership roles, including Production Engineering Manager for the Rockies and Chief Production Engineer. Prior to Oxy, Tom founded Orchard Petroleum Engineering Solutions, PLLC, a consultancy focused on operational excellence and production optimization. Previous positions at Noble Energy and Shell Oil Company involved team leadership and production management in fields such as the Colorado DJ Basin and Pinedale. Tom’s career encompasses roles at major companies such as Samson and Newfield Exploration, where Tom was instrumental in optimizing production and engineering support across numerous wells. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
