Tyler Sooby

Tyler Sooby is an experienced professional in corporate development and strategic management, currently serving as Vice President of Direct Air Capture Commercial Development at Oxy since August 2011. Tyler has held various positions at Oxy, including Senior Director of Corporate Development, Director of Corporate Strategies, and Senior Manager/Manager of Corporate Strategies, along with an earlier role as a Financial Advisor in Business Development. Prior to joining Oxy, Tyler worked as an Analyst at Parkman Whaling LLC from June 2007 to August 2011. Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Chicago (2003-2007).
