Nils Kästner

Nils Kästner is a seasoned professional in quality management and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Global Director Quality at Occlutech. Previously, Nils held the position of Vice President Regulatory Affairs and Quality at the same company and was the Leiter Qualitätsmanagement und Regulatory Affairs at NovaPump GmbH. Nils also gained extensive experience in academia as a Projektleiter und Dozent at Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena and worked as a Forschungsingenieur and in various leadership roles at Königsee Implantate. Nils holds a Diplom in Physics from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and is pursuing a Master in Management at FernUniversität in Hagen, alongside ongoing certifications in business coaching and regulatory affairs.
