Sharon Branch

Sharon Branch has over 12 years of experience in the ophthalmic and medical device industry. Sharon has worked as an Operations and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Occuity since January 2019, where they ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, they have developed Quality Management platforms on ISO9001 and ISO13485, and is experienced in MHRA and clinical trial studies. Sharon also holds the role of Quality System Manager at Occuity, where they assist in implementing the ISO13485 Quality Management System.

Previously, Sharon worked at DTA Publications Limited as an Operations Manager from January 2019 to July 2021. At DTA Publications, they provided guidance for the assessment of plans and projects under the UK habitats regulations. Sharon also worked at Lein Applied Diagnostics as a Quality Manager and Project Manager from January 2009 to January 2020. During their time at Lein, they implemented a new ISO:9001 quality system and worked on clinical trials for diabetes monitoring.

Sharon began their career at Dell in 1995 as an Internal Sales and Project Manager until October 2006.

Sharon Branch attended High View Community Education Centre in Derby from 1987 to 1992. During their time there, they focused on Business Studies.
