Andrew Flint

Andrew Flint is the Co-Founder at Occupier. Prior to this, they were the Senior VP of Enterprise Sales at VTS, Inc. from April 2012 to July 2018. Andrew was responsible for revenue generation and management of customer base both in the U.S. and internationally. Under their leadership, annual recurring revenue expanded from $0 to $30+ million and the sales and account management teams grew from 3 people to 50. Andrew also developed and rolled out a structured sales process.

Previously, Andrew was Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle from March 2006 to April 2012 where they advised both landlords and tenants on over 1.9M sq. ft. of leasing transactions since 2006, including lease renewals/restructures, expansions, relocations and subleases. Some of their notable clients included CBS, William Kaufman Organization, KITA, Bank of America, First Republic Bank, ProSight Specialty Insurance, William Blair, Springbok Capital, AFL-CIO, TechMediaNetwork, NBBJ and Aetna.

Before that, Andrew was an Associate at GVA Williams from June 2004 to February 2006 and AR Scandanavia at Agilent Technologies from January 2002 to July 2003. Andrew started their career as an Associate at Marcus Evans from January 2001 to December 2002.

Andrew Flint graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and then went on to earn their Business degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Andrew also spent a semester studying at sea and earned their certification in Entrepreneurship from LinkedIn under the instruction of Guy Kawasaki.
