Nic Halverson

CEO at Occuspace

Nic Halverson began their career in 2010 as a Cart Barn and Bag Room Attendent at the Belleair Country Club. In 2012, they were a City Council Board Member for the Town of Belleair. In 2014, they were an intern Project Manager at RABCO Construction, where they were responsible for the overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting. In 2016, they were a Business Development Intern at Calpine Energy Solutions, LLC, where they analyzed market data, contracts, regulatory policy, economics, and the development and future use of different types of DERs. In 2017, they founded Waitz, a solution to a personal annoyance that resonated with thousands of others across the world. Finally, in 2018, they became the CEO of Occuspace, working to improve how physical space is utilized and how new construction is designed and planned.

Nic Halverson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego between 2013 and 2017.
