Arvind Sood

Arvind Sood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Arvind currently serves as the Chief Technical Officer at Smart Recruit Online since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Rainshine Global from April 2021 to May 2023 and Strategic Advisor at Moolchand Healthcare from September 2021 to March 2022. From 2018 to 2022, Arvind worked as an Independent Consultant for various companies.

Earlier in their career, Arvind held several significant positions. Arvind served as a Board Advisor at Wayroo from October 2020 to February 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Executive Vice President at Antuit, a Big Data solutions firm. Before that, Arvind was the CEO of Rescis.co from January 2013 to December 2015, where they generated new deals and provided consulting services.

Arvind's work experience also includes roles at Aditya Birla Minacs, where they worked as the Global CIO from April 2010 to January 2013, and at WNS Global Services, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer from January 2008 to April 2010. Additionally, they held positions such as Senior Vice President, Technology Operations, and Vice President, Technology Solutions & PMO at WNS during their tenure from 2003 to 2008.

Arvind began their career as the CTO at Technovate eSolutions from September 2001 to June 2003. In that role, they implemented a successful call center project and executed offshoring strategies.

Throughout their career, Arvind Sood has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, strategic advisory, and consulting, along with a strong focus on driving innovation and delivering results.

Arvind Sood started their education journey by completing their high school education at St. Columba's School in New Delhi from 1983 to 1988. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Delhi University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Prior to their university education, Arvind attended the International School Yangon, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 1988 to 1991.
