Mark Stephens

Mark Stephens is a growth coach and advisor at i-intro® since October 2022. Mark is also an investment and strategic growth advisor for early-stage to Series-A tech companies at tec2i.com since August 2022. Mark is the founder and ambassador of occybot since August 2022. Previously, they were the CEO and founder of Smart Recruit Online (now OCCY) from April 2011 to August 2022, where they developed a cloud-based talent acquisition platform. Mark co-founded and advised Corporate Wellness & Mental Health UK (CORPWELL) from September 2019 to March 2022. Mark was involved in research and educational content for recruitment and HR professionals at The HR & Recruitment Library from July 2012 to August 2020. Mark was a founding director at The F10 Group, specializing in recruitment strategy and talent attraction, from October 2000 to January 2014. Mark also had roles as a recruitment partner for Astrium and as a recruitment advisor for Rolls Royce while working at F10. Mark was involved in an HR and recruitment content portal for Smart Recruit Online and Ask The Experts Recruitment from 2009 to 2013.

Mark Stephens attended Ratcliffe College from 1978 to 1985. Mark obtained a BA Hons degree in Marketing from Bournemouth University, where they studied from 1988 to 1990.
