Michelle Anderson

Michelle Anderson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager for South Shore Stars and OCD Tech, Michelle oversees comprehensive HR functions such as recruitment and employee relations while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Previously, in a newly created role at O'Connor & Drew, P.C., Michelle enhanced the HR department by implementing effective policies and practices. Michelle also managed HR operations at Kirwan Surgical Products, LLC and held an HR Generalist position at Henley Enterprises, ensuring compliance with various employment laws.
