OCD Space is a web-based, AI-powered support platform designed specifically for individuals navigating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Our mission is simple: make OCD recovery continuous, accessible, and structured, not just something that happens once a week in therapy.

At the center of the platform is Oscar, the world’s first clinically trained AI OCD coach. Oscar is grounded in a specialized OCD recovery library built from real-world coaching frameworks and shaped by licensed psychologist Chris Leins, who has treated hundreds of OCD cases using evidence-based ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). Every response is designed to reflect how OCD is treated in clinical settings — what to say, what not to say, and how to avoid subtle reassurance that reinforces the cycle.

OCD Space is not therapy and does not replace licensed care. Instead, it complements therapy by helping users:

• Understand the OCD cycle
• Identify overt and covert compulsions
• Practice the four core recovery responses
• Build imaginal scripts and in vivo exposure plans
• Apply ERP principles in real time, especially in the messy moments between sessions
