Patrick Miller is an experienced marine engineer with extensive expertise in engine room management and maritime operations. Starting as a 2nd Engineer at SEACOR Holdings Inc. in 2008, Patrick progressed to the role of Chief Engineer at Gulfmark Offshore, where responsibilities included preventative maintenance, reporting, and crew management. Patrick also served as Chief Engineer at Tidewater and held dual roles as Chief Engineer and Second Engineer at Svitzer, focusing on equipment maintenance and operations. Most recently, from July 2019 to December 2022, Patrick worked as a Superintendent at Ocean / Océan, managing towing and navigation in Kingston Harbour. Currently, Patrick serves as a Heavy Equipment Technician at Cooper Equipment Rentals Limited. Patrick holds an Associate of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the Caribbean Maritime Institute, completed from 2003 to 2005.
