Founded by Paul Harris in 1983 with just one office on Gloucester Road, Bishopston – we now have 12 local offices across Bristol, one in Portishead and Weston super Mare!

People before property
From the very start, the focus was always looking after the people buying or selling their homes – to make what is often a challenging experience, as worry-free as possible.

Our people
Our amazing teams reflect the culturally rich communities we serve, spanning a diverse mix of ages and backgrounds from across Bristol and the South West.

And we’re very much a family business. Many of our team have grown up and started their own families whilst working for Ocean – we even have some second generation ‘Oceaners’ now working for the company.

Gold Medals winners 2025 - Best Estate Agents Award
The Best Estate Agent Guide was created to help sellers and landlords find the top agents in their area. Each year, the Guide is compiled following a rigorous assessment that analyses more than 11,300 agents against criteria that matter most to homeowners, including property marketing, customer service, and results.
