Before joining Ocean Aero, Robert held senior leadership roles at a Fortune 50 company, a mid-sized industrial business, and small privately-owned companies. He brings more than 20+ years of global leadership to this position, across the areas of operations, engineering, program management, and business development. He is well versed in leading operations teams with a focus on driving execution and results that help push profitable growth.
