Felipe E. Victoria is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations and policy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Multilateral Affairs and International Policy at Ocean Conservancy since January 2022, Felipe also holds a pro bono position as Counsellor at The Permanent Observer Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the United Nations. In this role, Felipe engages with the 3rd Committee on various social, humanitarian, and human rights issues. Additionally, Felipe is the Managing Partner at FV Consultancy since June 2020. Previous roles include serving as the UN Policy and Institutional Relations Officer for the Basque Government in New York City and working as an International Advisor for the Spanish Embassy in Cairo.
