Kelly Luck

Kelly Luck has over 30 years of work experience in the environmental and conservation field. Currently, they are the Senior Director for Foundation and Government Support at Ocean Conservancy, where they lead a team of fundraisers and manages partnerships with funders. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Foundation and Government Support at the same organization. Before Ocean Conservancy, Kelly was the Director of Foundation Relations at American Farmland Trust, where they oversaw fundraising for foundation grants. Earlier in their career, Kelly worked as an Independent Professional Environmental Consultant, serving clients such as Virginia Cooperative Extension and INFORM (Environmental Non-Profit). Kelly also worked for the Minnesota Office of Environmental Assistance as the Grants Manager & Environmental Purchasing Specialist, responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar grant and loan program. Additionally, Kelly served as the Cooperative Marketing Director at Southeast Minnesota Recyclers Exchange, leading efforts in promoting regional recycling ventures and materials exchange projects.
