Sean Yang

Sean Yang has a diverse work experience in the field of research and laboratory instruction. Sean is currently working as a Research Scientist at Ocean Diagnostics Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Research Associate at the University of Victoria starting in September 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory Instructor at the University of Victoria from September 2017 to April 2021. Sean also gained experience as a Lead Laboratory Consultant at Tsolum & Tsable Environmental Ltd. from October 2020 to January 2021. Sean began their professional journey as an Introductory Chemistry Laboratory Assistant at the University of Victoria in January 2017, where they worked until April 2017.

Sean Yang's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Victoria, which they completed in 2017. Following this, they pursued further education and is currently in the process of obtaining their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Chemistry from the same university, with an expected completion date in 2021.
