Barbara Guida

Barbara Guida has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Barbara is currently serving as the VP, Talent Acquisition Manager at OceanFirst Bank since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at K. Hovnanian® Homes from 2018 to 2022 as the Director of HR - National Recruiting. Their responsibilities included developing and implementing recruiting strategies and defining hiring needs in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Barbara also held the position of National Recruiting Manager at K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC from 2004 to 2008, where they fulfilled similar responsibilities. Barbara began their career at Bayshore Community Health Services in 1990 as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and served in this role until 2002.

Barbara Guida completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Penn State University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brookdale Community College between 2012 and 2014. Barbara completed their high school education at Raritan High School.
