Beth Falvo

Beth Falvo is an experienced IT risk and operations professional currently serving as IT Risk Officer and Director of Operations Control at OceanFirst Bank since 2021. Prior to this role, Beth worked as a Risk Management Consultant at 4Core Media from 2018 to 2021. Beth's extensive background at Fannie Mae spanned over a decade, during which various leadership positions were held, including Director of the COO/Operations & Technology GRC Program, Director of Operations & Technology Risk Management, and Director of Internal Audit Technology. Earlier in the career, Beth served as First Vice President of Internal Audit Technology at MBNA from 2000 to 2006. Educationally, Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
