James Grace has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James currently works as a Vice President at OceanFirst Bank since 2020. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2019, they were a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held various roles such as Vice President - Finance Data Product Owner and Assistant Vice President - Rates Swaps Business Transformation. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager / Agile Champion at Wolters Kluwer in 2013 and as a Project Management Consultant at Synechron from 2010 to 2013. James also has experience working at BNY Mellon | Pershing as a Process Improvement BA from 2008 to 2010, at Indymac Bank as a Senior Business Analyst - Mortgage Banking from 2005 to 2008, at Lehman Brothers as a Business Analyst - Mortgage Banking from 2002 to 2005, at Fidelity Investments as a Margin Clerk in 2002, and as a Global Custody Intern at BNY Mellon in 2001.

James Grace attended Muhlenberg College from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a BA degree in Dual Major Economics and Business. Before attending college, they received a High School Diploma from St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School. James also holds various additional certifications, such as Visa Payments Management Lab certification obtained in 2021, Practical Product Management and Requirements that Work certifications from Pragmatic Marketing obtained in 2010, Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Pershing obtained in 2009, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from BNY Mellon obtained in 2009, and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMS) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association obtained in 2003.
