William Toner

William Toner, CISSP, ITIL has a strong background in information technology and security. William has held various leadership positions in organizations such as OceanFirst Bank, Sun National Bank, 21st Century Insurance / Farmers Insurance, TD Bank, Commerce Bank N.A., First Union Bank, Vanguard Group, and CoreStates Bank N.A. In their roles, they have been responsible for managing technology infrastructure, system administration, service management, computer operations, and information security. William has worked on implementing ITIL best practices, improving operational processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. With their expertise and experience, William Toner has successfully led projects and programs, achieved positive audit results, and reduced corporate risk profiles.

William Toner, CISSP, ITIL has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern University. William is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Monmouth University, expecting to graduate in 2023. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2017.
