Heather L.

Heather L. has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, technical writing, and regulatory authoring. Heather most recently worked at Ocean Infinity as a Lead Technical Writer. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Flen Health and Quality Assurance Specialist at Hitachi Medical Systems Europe. Heather also worked as a Regulatory Technical Author at Pall Corporation and as a QMS Lead at Stryker. Earlier in their career, they worked at Advanced Sensors Ltd as a Quality Analyst and Technical Author. Heather also has experience as a Technical Writer at Randox Laboratories, where they were responsible for creating and updating technical equipment manuals. Heather L. obtained their BSc in Plant Sciences and Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University in 2004. Heather then pursued a Masters of Philosophy in Ecological Genetics from The Queen's University of Belfast from 2004 to 2006. Following that, Heather completed their PhD in Respiratory Medicine from The Queen's University of Belfast from 2006 to 2010. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, they completed a program in Management of Risk - practitioner from Bristol Management Centre, although the specific start year is unknown.
