Sarah Pullin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah is currently the Global Head of People and Culture at Ocean Infinity and previously worked as an Interim Senior HR Business Partner at Hoare Lea part of Tetra Tech. Prior to these roles, Sarah served as the Head of HR Operations - UK Aviation at Babcock International Group and Interim Group HR Director at Curtis Banks. Before that, they held the position of HR Director at TLT, where they headed the HR function for a national law firm. Sarah also gained valuable experience at Capita, where they worked as the Head of People Proposition and Head of Operations. Furthermore, they have had HR roles at AXA and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were responsible for various HR functions and supported different divisions. Overall, Sarah has a strong background in HR leadership, talent management, strategy development, and people-focused initiatives.
Sarah Pullin attended Prestbury C of E from 1971 to 1977. Sarah then went on to Macclesfield High School from 1977 to 1985, where they completed their A levels. Finally, from 1985 to 1987, they attended Buckinghamshire New University, pursuing a degree in European Business Studies.
