Stephen Rourke is a Master Mariner with extensive experience in the windfarm and oil & gas sectors. Previously, they served as Chief Officer SDPO at Vroon from 2013 to 2017, where they oversaw vessel mobilization and worked with notable clients such as Google and Shell. They have also held positions as a 2nd Officer/DPO and Safety Officer during their tenure at Vroon. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Nautical Science at Fleetwood Nautical College and a Chief Mate Unlimited CoC at Glasgow Maritime Academy.
