Tim Garvan

Tim Garvan is an experienced operational leader with over twenty years in driving strategic change across diverse environments, including New Zealand, the UK, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the south-west Pacific. Garvan has held various impactful roles, including Operations Manager at Ocean Infinity and leading multi-disciplinary programs at ACC New Zealand. With a strong focus on innovation and transformation, Garvan has a record of developing high-performing teams and implementing enterprise-level improvements. Garvan also holds a Master of Strategic Studies from Victoria University of Wellington and is pursuing a PG Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying from the University of Plymouth.
